Title: Administrator/Sales Negotiator Location: North Norfolk Salary£14k-18k, OTE £21k Our client is a limited liability partnership with aspects dating back to 1794, offering a unique combination of a long-standing reputation with an innovative and forward thinking workforce, resulting in this being an innovative and dynamic place to work. Due to expansion they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to work from their North Norfolk office. The successful candidate will be the primary contact point for all the potential buyers to generate an increased level of proactive sales. The successful candidate will be required to contact the potential buyers by telephone and mailings to promote specific properties and encourage more property viewings. To be the successful candidate you must be enthusiastic and have a proven track record in sales, although it is preferable experience of selling properties would be beneficial. The overriding factor is your ability to communicate in a positive and effective manner to be efficient in all the associated administration. This is a great opportunity for an administrator to join a progressive and expanding estate agency group to develop their skills and move into a Sales Negotiator position.
