Title: Branch Manager Location: Brentwood Salary: £55,000 OTE Our Client is a Local family run estate agency group with 6 offices spread across south Essex and are members of the Ombudsman for estate agency, the NAEA and RICS. This client prides themselves on providing a high quality of customer service to ensure client retention. Due to continued success and expansion they are now actively looking for a Branch Manager to work from their Brentwood offices. The successful candidate will be the branch ambassador and responsible for its successes. They will be required to have managerial skills, set branch and individual sales targets and be able to take a hands on approach to achieving a high level of success. To be the successful candidate you need to have at least 2 years of experience in estate agency and have previous experience in a management position. You will be able to motivate the sales team and have a forward thinking view of the industry.
