Our client is a market Leading Estate Agent who forms part of nationally recognised Brand. Due to continued success and future expansion plans they are currently seeking an exceptional Valuer, who will be able to handle the High Volume of Market Appraisals.
The successful candidate will already be working within a similar role and have a proven track record at winning instructions. They will be at ease valuing properties within the local area and have a thorough understanding of the market and local trends. You will have an above average conversion rate and be able to command the highest fee's locally.
You will be responsible for touting and generation appraisals and be the main point of contact for all vendors.
This role exclusively focuses on Market Appraisals so only the best Instruction Takers need apply.
In return you will be working for a market leading agency and receive an above average basic salary and competitive commission structure along with a company car or allowance.
