My Client are a specialist organisation who deal in the purchase and re sale of brownfield Land sites, gaining planning permission for either residential or multi usage development purposes.

Due to an expansion need, they are now recruiting an experienced buyer, who will generate their own leads and find off market land to purchase before handing over to the negotiators, you will follow all deals through to completion.

Proven experience and an excellent track record are essential to this role, you will ideally be working in a similar role at present, you will be highly self motivated with plenty of get up and go!
