My Client, who have been established for almost 60 years and offer a professional and pro-active Estate Agency service throughout the Wirral Peninsula, are recruiting an FRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to join their team covering the Merseyside and surrounding regions.

As my client offer a full range of Sales and Lettings services to their clients, the in house surveying department benefits from referrals from both divisions and works with vendors, purchasers and investors to ensure that sales and purchases are handled as efficiently as possible.

My client would prefer direct experience within the residential market, however applications from a commercial background are also welcomed. Proactiv team players are essential to this comprehensive role. Applicants must be PC literate, have excellent rapport building and client relationship skills and hold a full and clean driving license.
