My Client operates a well established and highly successful Estate and Letting Agency in the Mid Cheshire region.  Due to contuned expansion, they have a requirement for a self motivated and experienced Lettings Manager with an outgoing and lively personality and the ability to communicate effectively.

The ARLA qualification, although preferrable is not essential to apply for this role, PC skills, a full UK driving License and local area valuation skills are however essential.
