Lettings Negotiator needed. We are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for this leading contemporary Estate Agent. We would ideally like a Candidate with some previous experience within Estate Agency, but more importantly we would like someone that wants to work in the industry and is keen to build a career within the industry. The most important qualities that we are looking for are a clear, enthusiastic telephone manner, excellent presentation and someone that is keen to create the right impression when talking and meeting Clients. We are looking for someone that is confident, outgoing and can work on his or her own initiative. We also want someone that is competitive, target driven and keen to get the deal done. To sum up, we want someone on the ball that is good with Clients and keen to make money! They also need a full, clean driving licence. The Package consists of a good basic up to £15,000 with office commission.
