Salary: £55,000+(OTE)
Bayside Recruitment specialise in the provision of Estate Agency based staff from Sales Negotiator to Regional Manager, Financial Services staff from Mortgage Advisor to Independent Financial Advisors, Office based staff from Administrator to Senior Management. A fantastic opportunity to join a leading high street estate agent as a Financial Advisor.
You must qualify applicants to advise of their purchasing ability. Advise on and sell non-regulated insurance products as well as mortgages is essential. Provide feedback to residential team in respect of progress of leads provided.
Previous experience within a sales and/or mortgage services environment is essential. You must be Full CEMAP qualified or equivalent.
You would be expected to provide a high standard of customer service at all times, with excellent communicational skills both written and verbally. Well Organised, self motivated and a good team player, you must be able to work well under pressure and in a target orientated environment. You will have to be dedicated to the job and flexible with your hours as some late evenings or early mornings may be required to obtain that sale!
