A fantastic opportunity to join a leading high street estate agent as a Financial Advisor.

You must qualify applicants to advise of their purchasing ability. Advise on and sell non-regulated insurance products as well as mortgages is essential. Provide feedback to residential team in respect of progress of leads provided.

Ideal candidates will be fully CeMAP Qualified and from an estate agency background.  Previous mortgage advice experience essential as our client would like you to ‘hit the ground running’. 

You would be expected to provide a high standard of customer service at all times, with excellent communicational skills both written and verbally.  Well Organised, self motivated and a good team player, you must be able to work well under pressure and in a target orientated environment. You will have to be dedicated to the job and flexible with your hours as some late evenings or early mornings may be required to obtain that sale!
