Description:

Based in St. Margaret?s, Twickenham, this vacancy is for an experienced Property Manager responsible for a portfolio for some 100 properties. Good computer skills are a must as huge amount of work is carried out over e-mail, as are a good command of English and excellent PR skills as it is necessary to deal with demanding tenants and landlords in a calm and organised manner. Smart appearance is also important, and a clean driving licence for a manual car a must. The ability to work with colleagues in the office and those in the other local offices in the company?s network is required, and you should not be phased by those who get upset under stress! As this is a very busy office environment, the need for excellent organisational skills a must. There is currently one other Property Manager in the department and a Gas Safety Officer, plus support staff. Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.45 - 6.00, however hours required to do the job.
