Start Recruitment s a property Specific Recruitment Consultancy, currently looking to increase the size of our Team. We currently represent a large amount of London Estate Agents and require experienced individuals with industry knowledge to work with our consultants, most of whom have previouse Estate Agency experience themselves.
You will be required to source opportunities through a mix of cold calling, networking and incoming enquiries. You will mange your own clients and will be responsible for negotiating client contracts, over the phone and in face to face client meetings. Through Networking, advertising and dealing with incoming enquiries you will need to identify and select suitable candidates for your clients jobs.
A strong personality, with the ability to network are essential for this role, as are the commitment, hunger and self motivation.
