Title: Sales Negotiator/Sales Consultants/Sales Executive Location: Braintree, Essex Salary: £10,000 - £14,000 Basic + UNCAPPED Commission Our client is situated on the north Essex area with offices in Colchester, Chelmsford, Braintree and Clacton. They combine estate agency with and established residential letting agent and property management company all under one roof. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the initial point of contact to all potential clients, you will be required to Asses and qualify all business opportunities and act accordingly. You will be expected to keep in regular contact with vendors and buyers to generate the maximum income possible. To be the successful candidate you must have at least 6 months of experience in the industry and have great communication skills with a proven track record of success.
