Sales Negotiators needed. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiators for this leading Surrey Multi Branch independent Estate Agent. We would ideally like a Candidate with some previous experience within Estate Agency, although we will also consider Smart Graduates that have good Customer Facing skills, importantly we would like someone that wants to work in the industry and is keen to build a career within the Property Market. The most important qualities that we are looking for are a clear, enthusiastic telephone manner, excellent presentation and someone that is keen to create the right impression when talking and meeting Clients. We are looking for someone that is confident, outgoing and can work on his or her own initiative. We also want someone that is competitive, target driven and keen to get the deal done. To sum up, we want someone on the ball that is good with Candidates, Clients and keen to make money! You also need a full, clean driving licence. The Package consists of a good basic with commission and other benefits including a car allowance.
