We are currently recruiting for an experience lettings negotiator to work with one our clients in expanding their and increasing the profitability of their Lettings Department. Our client is an established Lettings and Management company who are already a force in the west London Lettings Market. Due to increased ambition our seeks only the best candidates who are capable of increasing their market share, fee's and size of the management portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar market and have extensive property knowledge. You will have ideally already completed your ARLA 1 exam and will want to continue your own personal development. You will be well presented and an exceptional communicator with the ability to manage/motivate yourself and those around you.
In return our client is prepared to offer a generous basic salary and competitive commission structure along with a company Car/Allowance.
