My Client requires a senior lettings negotiator for their Sutton Branch, with 2-3 years prior experience.

This role will involve all major aspects of the lettings process; registering applicants, matching them to properties, conducting viewings and property instructions, negotiating offers, and completing all relevant paperwork efficiently.

This position requires a pro-active attitude to providing excellent customer care and to ensure that all negotiations/lettings progresses smoothly from the initial registration to completion so applicants need to be professional and focused.

The successful candidate should have:
Own car
A proven track record within lettings
An ability to meet and exceed personal and branch targets
Ability to read, anticipate and respond to client needs.
Strong closing ability
Excellent communication skills
A customer-focussed attitude
Team orientation
Good computer literacy
Full, clean driving licence
Local market knowledge
ARLA qualification an advantage

Their responsibilities will also include:

To be actively involved within the promotion, marketing and development strategies.

To conduct Market Appraisals / Valuations of all new properties they are instructed on and existing properties when required.

Responsible in keeping the lettings branch diary updated.
