Based in Richmond, Surrey, our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to run one of their larger offices. This is a demanding position with the responsibility of an established office. Although competition is fierce, this office remains at the top of the league in the area and this new Manager needs to ensure they stay there! There is an established team in the office that is demanding in its expectations of a Manager, therefore, a true leader is required. Reporting directly to one of the directors on a regular basis you will be responsible for among other things: forecasting, statistics, analysing the market, working closely with the PR team, building of the office and being aware of the competition. A people person is a must, along with good command of English and the ability to work with fellow colleagues in a professional manner. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to "do the deals" and well as turn the valuations into instructions and keep in continued contact with clients.
