Description: Our client is a progressive independent Estate Agency and they are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their office in Balham. 

They require candidates who have experience of working within lettings, smart appearance, good telephone and communication skills and are computer literate.

The basic salary is between £12,000 - £15,000 however is negotiable dependent on experience and the position also comes with a company car and a realistic OTE of £30,000 - £35,000.

Hours are 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Fridays and alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4:30pm.

Candidates must have experience in Estate Agency.

Candidates without experience will not be considered.
