Our Client is a leading property consultant providing the full range of property services, including residential and commercial sales, letting and management.
They have offices located in the heart of Ipswich and aim to provide a first-class, quality service that exceeds clients' expectations.
They have expert knowledge of the local property market and built valuable relationships in associated markets using tried and tested methodology and modern techniques.
Due to natural progression they are actively looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager. The main focus for this role will be to look after all maintenance and property related issues regarding their extensive portfolio of managed properties.
To be the successful candidate you must have experience in a dedicated property management position that has required regular property inspections. Ideally you will be a member of ARLA and have experience of leading a team of professionals.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with complicated and difficult situations with often opposing views and desires. Due to the nature of this role you will need to have a full driving license, as you will be required to visit the tenants and properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to progress into a Senior Position with a locally revered and respected property company.
