Our client, a leading corporate High Street Estate Agent is looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager. They will consider candidates at a Senior Sales level who are maybe looking to progress their career to the next level.
You will have valuation experience, offering an excellent conversion rate into instructions, be money and target motivated, have good team and people management skills. It will be you main responsibility to co-manage the branch, covering in managers absence, ensuring that good customer service is met at all times, maximizing all business opportunities and increasing market share. This is an extremely successful branch, and has become a flagship branch within the company – so you must be very hardworking and dedicated to getting those sales and making money!
