Our client is in search of an experienced Senior Negotiator to add to the team of this highly profitable Southend On Sea branch.

You will need to have a proven track record in Estate Agency and also ideally have experience in property listing.

Key Objectives are:

Generate potential valuations, viewings, financial services and legal appointments

To follow-up all business leads

Achieve minimum levels of business targets

To list or sell a targetted number of properties

To ideally have the desire to become a manager

My Client offers impressive incentives to their Sales Negotiator to ensure they are highly driven and rewards them with tiered commissions, trips abroad, weekends away, BMW Company Car incentives, and also commissions for referring legal, mortgage and survey business.

Basic Salary circa £15,000 + Company Car + Initial Guarantee OTE £30,000
