Description:

Our client is keen to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for their Chiswick office. They are seeking an energetic person as there is already a strong team in place and the office is well established. The ability to work in an office environment and understand the team ethos is important. Good communication skills are required and the ability to take instructions important. This role has historically seen people build through the company with trainees becoming senior negotiators, but it does take time and patience! Good computer skills are a must. There is a great deal of telephone work, mail drops (so walking about mail dropping), out and about showing properties. A strong administrator who wishes to progress might enjoy this challenge. Clean driving licence for manual car required. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.45 - 6.00, and every other Saturday: 9.30 - 2.30, however hours required to do the job.
