The candidate would ideally possess sound knowledge of the industry and experiences in lettings and customer service. The right individual must provide excellent customer service whilst also being able to build relationships at all levels. They also must demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role and add value to the office and the company. You will be required to build strong relationships with all of your clients. You will be sensitive to the many personal and emotional issues surrounding the let and be able to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence as you take customers through the process

Negotiating Sales
Keeping up to date details of properties for your registered applicants
Regular vendor liaison including viewing feedback
Build relationship with colleagues and clients
